Zeebelapparel Return & Refund Policy

At Zeebelapparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, provided that it meets all of the requirements outlined in this Return Policy.

7-Day Return Period

You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny any return request submitted after the 7-day return period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Be free from stains, damage, makeup, perfume, odours, or any other visible signs of wear.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging, where applicable.
  • Include proof of purchase or order information.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or send the item back to the customer if it has visible signs of wear, damage, stains, or does not meet our return requirements.

Refunds

Zeebelapparel refunds only the original purchase price of the eligible item(s).

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Handling fees
  • Customs and duty fees

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on:

  • Accessories
  • Autogele/ Turban
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount, promotional, or coupon code
  • Any item specifically marked Final Sale

Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Colour Disclaimer

We take great care to ensure that the colours displayed on our website accurately represent the actual colours of our products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your electronic device, screen settings, lighting, or display resolution.

Therefore, Zeebelapparel cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will be an exact representation of the product’s actual colour. Slight variations in colour shade are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a return.

Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Zeebelapparel. Meeting the 7-day return period does not automatically guarantee that a return will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
